Sawyer Stone is a 2028 C/OF with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Cottonwood, CA who attends West Valley. Smaller frame. In the outfield, He takes a exaggerated step or two to creat angle to the target base. Fields out front and chopy the feet through reception. Medium length arm stroke creates average carry. Behind the plate, he sets up with one knee down and jumps out fo the crouch into a quick over the top release. Delivered accurate throws. 2.47 pop time. Right-handed hitter, medium base, and slightly open stance. Load is mechanical but gets him to a decent spot. Flashed of solid bat speed from an uphill launch. Middle to pullside oriented approach. 7.71 60-yard. Excellent student.
