Alexander “Sasha” Quigley-Skillin is a 2027 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Stafford, VA who attends Brooke Point. Larger, well-proportioned frame with present strength and room to add. Recorded a 7.80 second sixty-yard dash time. Primary first baseman with some agility around the bag, a clean funnel out in-front and the ability to produce accurate throws to the bags. Recorded arm strength up to 76 mph across the diamond during drills. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked exclusively from the stretch in this look. Incorporates coiled leg lift into balance and good lower half movements down the slope. Fastball worked in the low-to-mid 70s for the majority of his outing with natural cutting action to it and topped out at 76 mph from a higher three-quarters arm slot. Developing feel for spin that will continue to improve with proper mechanical adjustments and additional strength. Took part in the infield portion of the defensive workout as well, where he showed some lateral range to either side and arm strength up to 76 mph across. Displayed proper footwork into the fielding process, a clean funnel out in-front and produced accurate throws with some carry. Left-handed hitter that hits from a slightly open base with a preset, lower hand set and small hover trigger. Incorporates rotational lower half mechanics, gets on-plane and stays through the hitting zone for a long time. Generates compact hand speed and impacts the baseball with strong hands to the pullside. Power potential will continue to expand with minor swing adjustments.
