Wesley Thiry is a 2028 RHP/3B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Peachtree Corners, GA who attends Norcross. Lean, athletic frame with proportional strength at present with good chance to continue to fill out. Ran an 8.41 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, full windup, sidestep to belt high leg lift, slow and controlled to the plate, tendency to fly open and drag the arm some, solid depth to the curveball with developing feel to find the release point consistently, working on consistent control right now, has the size and arm talent that projects with mechanical refinements and pitchability. Secondary third baseman, deliberate movements, long and loose arm action from the lower slot, gets tall at times, actions suit the corner, has good arm strength and made the plays, fits well at third right now. Right-handed hitter, even stance with very posed setup, short to it long through it, some feel for the barrel, pull side contact throughout, some bat speed for the age, results will uptick with better usage of body overall. Great frame to project on, has present arm strength and promising traits across the board for a '28 graduate.
