Malcolm Donaldson is a 2028 OF with a 5-8 140 lb. frame from Frankfort, IL who attends Lincoln Way East. Donaldson ran a very impressive sixty yard dash as he ran a 6.58. Slender Ultra Athletic frame with easy room for additional strength going forward. Primary outfielder with a quick first step to the ball coming through it well while fielding it cleanly off to the side of the foot. The arm action is longer through the back side at a straight over the top angle as he shows some quickness in the shoulder with accurate throws on a hop to the bases. Right handed hitter in the box with an even foot base into a small leg lift trigger. Occasionally drifting into contact showing a slight uphill path with some developing bat speed. The athleticism is present with tools that project well going forward. Malcolm was named to the 2024 Central All State Games Top Prospect List.
