Jayden Dillane is a 2027 SS/RHP/IF with a 6-0 140 lb. frame from Mechanicsville, VA who attends Atlee. Very lean young build. Primary middle infielder on defense, has quick feet and overall actions, positions his glove early and well, quick transfers and release, charged the ball cleanly with nice balance, solid arm strength for his age, projects well on defense as he gets stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from an exaggerated open start with a big quick leg raise and close, loads his hands low and forward, lots of complicating factors to his timing and rhythm and needs to simplify, worked mostly to the pull side gap, athletic enough to keep improving with adjustments. Good student.
