Braylon Armstrong is a 2026 OF/UT with a 5-4 120 lb. frame from Fairfax, IA who attends Prairie. Recorded a 7.36 second sixty yard dash time. Lean, compact frame with a slender build with plenty of room to fill. Primary outfielder, the front side has a tendency to peel off. Longer arm stroke that has a shorter release through the throw and is longer through the back. Also worked out in the infield, moves low to the ground and works hard to get into good fielding positions. Gets rid of the ball quickly with developing arm strength. Right-handed hitter starts from an even base with his weight shifted onto the backside and a high hand set with an even back elbow, utilizes a simple stride. Showed a middle-of-the-field approach with a handsy swing that can tend to over rotate. Flat bat path. Young player with upside as the frame matures. Good student.
