Nathaniel Tran is a 2027 MIF/RHP/OF with a 5-7 120 lb. frame from La Vergne, TN who attends Stewarts Creek. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.29 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has quick feet and a good first step, showed confident hands and fielded the ball cleanly, good transfers, arm strength still developing. Also worked out in the outfield but with infield actions. Right handed hitter, sets up in a spread stance with a high hand load, short stride into contact, hits from above the ball with a good path to the ball, gets the barrel out front for consistent line drive contact, bat speed will improve with additional strength. Also pitched, has a long and loose arm action from a well controlled delivery. Fastball topped out at 64 mph with some cutting action to go with a soft curveball and developing change up. Good student.
