Devan Stewart is a 2011 OF/RHP with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Acworth, GA who attends Etowah HS. Long and lean athletic build, good strength potential. Good outfield actions, solid footwork, throws carry well. Left handed hitter, open stance, front foot consistently down late, flashes good bat speed, ball comes off the barrel well, looks to be strong and have leverage, just needs simple adjustment in timing. Also pitched, max effort delivery with full arm circle, over the top release point. Low 80's fastball to 83 mph, downer 12/6 curveball is his best pitch, tight spin and good feel for the strike zone.
