Andrew Waters is a 2012 OF with a 5-11 155 lb. frame from Houston, TX who attends Lamar HS. Medium frame, some present strength. 6.71 runner, good speed, aggressive runner, hustling player. Good range in OF, needs to work on release/arm angle, some raw arm strength. Straight stance, short swing to the ball, has some hand quickness, line drive swing, could extend better through contact. Excellent student.
