Andrew Maxwell is a 2014 LHP/OF with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Mt Paran Christian HS. Has a projectable frame with room to get stronger and an athletic build. Pitches from a 3/4 arm slot, long arm action, long stride, good arm, has a deceptive delivery, throws strikes. Fastball has cut action to it, curveball has 1-7 break to it, is smooth with depth to it, change up is a good pitch that he throws for strikes, mixes his pitches well to keep hitters off balance. Is an interesting prospect to follow on the mound and is a good overall student.
