Russell Skeete is a physically strong 5'11/185 third baseman from Canada. He has an extra high waist and good strength throughout. Despite his size, Skeete is light on his feet and showed good quickness at both corner infield positions and enough arm strength for third base. He also runs fairly well with good instincts. At the plate, Skeete took a very good batting practice, showing excellent bat speed and power potential to the middle of the field. He swings the bat hard and aggressively. His game results didn’t match his batting practice, but Skeete showed the potential to be a big run producer in the future.
