2010 South Underclass Showcase
Alec Vice is a 2013 SS/RHP, 3B with a 6-1 176 lb. frame from Rowlett, TX who attends Rockwall HS. Tall, slender projectable build. 7.23 runner, raw footwork defensively, needs to stride out to throw, tools/actions may profile better in the outfield, arm strength still developing. Hand drop load hitting, aggressive rotational swing, flashes some bat speed, should keep improving with the bat with added strength. Also pitched, same lack of stride throwing, over the top release, mid 70's fastball topped at 76 mph. Good student.
