Brock Maxwell is a 2013 OF/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends Lambert HS. Slender athletic build, young look. 6.87 runner, athletic aggressive actions in the outfield, on line throws from low 3/4's slot, some tail, very good raw arm strength. Left handed hitter. High hand deep load, aggressive full body swing, generates bat speed, some upper cut to swing plane, looks to pull, has power potential, will pull off the ball at times, very good hitting tools to develop. Also pitched, loose arm, tight 3/4's arm slot, works out of stretch, will drop down side arm at times. Fastball to 88 mph, good sink down in the zone, lowers slot on sweeping slurve but generates spin, good arm but inconsistent mechanics. Lots of tools to develop, projects physically. Good student.
