Dulvis Borjas is a 2013 RHP with a 6-0 184 lb. frame from Del Ray Beach, FL who attends Grandview Prep. Strong athletic build. Fast paced simple delivery with short, quick arm action, high leg raise, stays balanced well, very good direction, ball comes out of hand cleanly. Very steady fastball velocity at 87-88 mph, works downhill with fastball, gets sink and run on fastball, not afraid to pitch inside, breaks bats, slider has good spin and depth, commands both offerings with advanced pitchability, has shown a nice change up in the past. Will be successful immediately at the next level. Good student.
