Jared Proctor is a 2014 LHP/OF with a 5-10 152 lb. frame from Bardstown, KY who attends Nelson County. Smaller, wiry build, looks very athletic and has room to physically mature. Left-handed thrower, works from a high three-quarter arm slot, creates a difficult downhill angle for hitters to deal with. Shows outstanding arm speed and works at 82-84 mph with his fastball. Has more in the tank. Finishes his pitches well. Curveball has sharp, late breaking 11-5 action, throws it with conviction and locates. Also mixes in a quality changeup at 75 mph. Polished left-hander with next level potential. Good student. Committed to Kentucky.
