Patrick Ryan is a 2014 RHP/ with a 6-4 190 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends St Peters Boys. Very large, tall frame with some room to grow. Throws right-handed, works from a three-quarter arm angle, and has a long arm action. Pitches downhill and uses his height effectively. Fastball topped out at 83 mph and there should be more velocity on the way. Has some sink on his fastball and really attacks the zone. Repeats his delivery well and throws strikes. Flashes a tight slider, gets around it and buries it at times though. Also mixed in a changeup. Knows how to pitch. Good student.
