William "Zac" McNeel is a 2016 RHP/ with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Huntington, WV who attends Cabell Midland. XL frame with lean, athletic build and high-end physical projection remaining on frame. Pitches with shorter arm action up to high 3/4 slot, hides the ball exceptionally well from the hitter, ball seems to come from behind his head. Gets downhill well and creates angle, FB worked 83-86 with heavy life, painted both corners with FB throughout entire outing. Showed SL with sharp, two-plane break; also showed 12/6-shaped CB and plenty of depth. Advanced feel for pitching with high-end physical and athletic projection moving forward. Hits with tall stance and high hand set, long stride into contact with solid extension through contact, line drive plane with consistent contact to all fields. Projects best as a pitcher. Named to 2015 Atlantic Coast Top Showcase Top Prospect List. Outstanding student.
