Conner Leonard is a 2014 1B/ with a 6-2 235 lb. frame from Winston-Salem, NC who attends Reagan. Extra large frame with athleticism and a strong, mature build. Ran a 7.68 60 yard dash. Moves feet well both on and off first base. Quick actions off the base and picks the ball well. Good defender and remains in control of body. Right handed batter with a high hand and back elbow set up with a weight shift in his lower half. Quick hands with good bat speed and lift in swing. Good strength in swing resulting in consistent, hard contact with the ability to drive the ball to all fields. Very good present power and should continue to develop. Named to Top Prospect List. Good student, verbal commitment to Appalachian State.
