Tyler McMillan is a 2015 1B/RHP with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Garfield, GA who attends Jenkins County HS. Large framed athletic build, good present strength. Left handed hitter, high deep hand load with wrap creates length, has some raw bat speed, looking to pull the ball, limited lower half use, presently hitting with upper half strength instead of using core/lower half, has the barrel skills and strength to continue to improve with adjustments. 7.33 runner, good footwork and hands around the first base bag, accurate throws. Good balanced delivery on the mound, stays online and over the rubber well, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped at 78 mph, occasional arm side running action, soft 11/5 curveball, throws strikes. Good student.
