Kaleb Nixon is a 2015 OF/MIF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Bremen, GA who attends Bremen HS. Lean, athletic build with room to continue to fill out with additional strength. Ran a 7.49 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, shows a full arm action with extension out front, works through the ball well, opens front side early on throws. Arm strength will continue to develop. Good first step in the infield, shows range up the middle, short arm action with accuracy across. Right-handed hitter, starts with a narrow base and pulls hands back at start of swing. Line drive swing plane with a contact approach and ability to hit to all fields. Upper body swing, shows a patient approach and a feel for the barrel with a short path to the ball. Good student.
