Dalton Deakins is a 2016 OF/2B with a 5-8 155 lb. frame from Stuart, FL who attends South Fork HS. Slender young frame, plenty of room to get stronger. 7.32 runner, moves to the ball well in outfield, quick compact arm action with some arm strength and carry to his throws. Right handed hitter, aggressive hitter, hits from a spread bent knee stance, leans back his upper body to start his swing, short chopping swing, can improve with additional strength. Ran the bases very aggressively with good instincts, hustling type player. Good student.
