Jeremy Rivera is a 2016 SS/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Aibonito, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy/HS. Medium, strongly built, wiry frame with more room to fill out. Ran a 7.13 60 yard dash. Future is on the mound. Tops at 85 mph with his fastball and works from a high three-quarter arm slot. Uses an drop and drive delivery and has a long, full arm action. Shows life on his fastball and works down in the zone. Mixes an 11-5 curveball at 70 mph with solid depth. Has sinking action on his changeup at 75 mph. Arm works well on the infield as well. Bats right-handed, works from a spread stance and stays inside the ball. Hits to the middle of the field consistently. Very good student. Named to Top Prospect list.
