Yamil Rosario is a 2016 OF/SS/2B with a 5-11 153 lb. frame from Gurabo, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy/HS. Medium, lean, wiry, highly athletic frame with above average speed. Projects to add strength. Ran a 6.85 60 yard dash. Bats right-handed, works from a low hand set and uses a balanced lower half. Takes a small stride and stays on top of the ball. Uses his hands effectively but needs more lower half strength. Arm strength is still developing but flashes solid carry and makes accurate throws from the outfield and infield. Moves well and covers ground in the outfield. Has athletic actions.
