Dylan Connors is a 2016 LHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Jersey City, NJ who attends St Peter's Preparatory. Medium, athletic frame with looseness and athleticism through frame and projects well with additional strength. Primary left-handed pitcher, very fast arm coimng through the back with a high three-quarter release. Balanced and athletic delivery, creates angle and shows effort at release. Fills up the zone with a full three-pitch mix, fastball topped at 85 mph with solid running life to arm side, will occasionally miss up in zone. Sharp 1-7 shape on curveball with tight spin and big depth. Maintains arm speed well on changeup at 73 mph, solid fading action and has a feel for all three pitches. Very good student. Verbal commitment to Army. Named to Sunshine Northeast Top Prospect List.
