Griffin Teisher is a 2016 OF/2B with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Encinitas, CA who attends La Costa Canyon. Medium athletic frame with slender present build and good room for added physical projection. Hits from squared stance with loose, fluid swing mechanics. Good extension through contact with quick hands and solid bat speed. Hits line drives to all fields with projection for some power with continued physical development. Projectable with the bat throughout. Shows athletic, loose actions in the outfield as well. Moves through the ball well and fields cleanly, transfers and gathers in sync, and shows good arm strength on accurate throws to target, topping at 84 MPH. Ran a 7.00 seconds 60 yard dash. Projects well both offensively and defensively. Excellent student.
