Edison Angelbello is a 2015 1B/3B with a 6-3 170 lb. frame from Fort Lauderdale, FL who attends St Thomas Aquinas. Has a large young projectable frame with room to get stronger. Has good footwork around the bag at first with good composure and saves errors for the infielders. Gets in front of the ball, throws are accurate, and works hard on the infield. Has good balance at the plate with a short compact swing, is a gap to gap hitter with bat speed and has a fluid swing. Makes consistent contact with lift in his swing and hits the ball where it's pitched. Is an excellent student.
