Steven Tilley is a 2015 RHP/1B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends West Hills. Tall, large frame with long limbs and a well proportioned build. Pitches from a high three quarters arm slot with a long arm action. Loose arm action, clean follow through, finishes pitches well. Has made significant improvements to mechanics over the past year. High leg kick, good balance and direction to delivery, has made improvements to both stuff and command as a result of those improvements. 12-6 curveball with good depth. Excellent student.
