Lane Fritz is a 2014 RHP/MIF with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein. Has a large lean frame with good present strength. Has a nice easy delivery with good repeatable mechanics. Pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action on the mound and throws easy. He has good command of his pitches with arm side run on his fastball, with good feel for his 11-5 curveball that has depth to it. Has quick feet on the infield with a good glove, he makes plays and has arm strength. Has an aggressive approach at the plate with a slightly open stance, and gets good extension. Has pop in his bat with a good swing and drives the ball to left field. Is an outstanding student.
