Jonel R. Ozuna is a 2015 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from New York, NY who attends All Hallows. Strong, athletic frame, good lower half. Ran a 7.37 60 yard dash. Left-handed thrower, works from a three-quarter arm slot and stays on top. Repeats his delivery and has a clean release consistently. Has a long smooth arm circle and his fastball tops out at 85 mph. Likely has a couple more ticks in the tank. Also mixes in a 1-7 curveball with good depth, and spots it very well down in the zone. Shows a changeup at 76 mph, perhaps his best pitch, really has a feel for it. Has a three pitch mix. Also played the field, shows athletic defensive actions, moves well and has arm strength. Hits from the left side, shows good balance and a line drive swing path. Good student.
