Nathan Hendley is a 2015 C/RHP with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Providence HS. Tall, strong, athletic build. Ran a 7.07 60 yard dash. Shows arm strength behind the plate but needs to stay short and get the ball out. Bats from both sides of the plate, works from a spread setup from each and flashes good bat speed from the right side. Has a calm demeanor and knows how to lift the ball. Has quiet, quick hands. Stays short to the ball and generates line drive contact. Also took the mound, tops at 84 mph from a high three-quarter arm slot. Threw exclusively fastballs and has a short arm action. Excellent student.
