Jack Schneider is a 2016 LHP with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Gilbert, AZ who attends Basha HS. Lean athletic build, plenty of room to get stronger. Cross body delivery, uses hips and lower half well to generate strength to the plate, loose 3/4's arm action and a low effort release, good extension out front. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, mostly straight, spots fastball well in the lower parts of the strike zone. CB with occasional 1/7 depth, straight change up. Changes speeds and has an idea how to pitch. Improving the power and spin on his curveball will be the key. Very good student.
