Dylan Carter is a 2016 RHP/UT with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Miami Springs HS. Medium athletic build, plenty of room to get stronger. Compact delivery with a high leg lift, gathers over the rubber well and stays tall, bit cross body out front but uses his hips well, right 3/4's arm slot, arm is quick and compact. Mid-80's fastball, comes out of his hand easily, has good fastball life and commands his fastball to all quadrants of the strike zone, pitches to early count contact. Has good feel for both his curveball and change up, nice fading action on his change up with proper arm speed, curveball has good depth and some downer bite to it. Knows how to pitch and mixes well.
