Connor Dove is a 2017 RHP/OF with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Creekview HS.Tall and slender athletic build, projects well physically. Large leg lift wind up with a long arm action in back, repeats mechanics pretty well, gets downhill from a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, has been up as high as 82 mph, mostly straight but pitches to spots well and misses barrels. Short breaking slider is also thrown for strikes. Challenges hitters and works ahead of count and stays near the bottom of the zone. Should continue to improve with additional strength.
