Will Mangurian is a 2017 1B with a 6-2 215 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Johns Creek HS. Big and strong athletic build, pretty mature physically. Left handed hitter, rhythm based swing with a high hand start and a big leg lift load, big stride in, complex timing but has very good bat speed and power potential when he's on time, pull and lift swing approach, imparts lots of top spin on the ball with his swing path, has hitting tools to develop. 7.51 runner, long and loose arm action, shows athleticism at first base when playing under control. Good student.
