Terrell Frazier is a 2016 OF with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Westlake HS. Very long and lean athletic build, extremely projectable physically. 6.57 runner, has easy gliding actions in the outfield, showed plus athletic balance going back on the ball, quick compact arm throwing the ball, can improve lower half use and footwork throwing for more raw arm strength, has the present arm speed. Left handed hitter, front side hitter who hits off a solid front side, loose swing with lots of present bat speed, has quick hands, simple shift and good swing sequencing, showed the ability to drive the ball to right centerfield. Bat could be exciting, especially combined with his speed, with 20 more pounds of muscle on his frame. Very interesting athlete. Good student, signed with Georgia State.
