Michael Ferrara is a 2015 OF with a 5-9 170 lb. frame from Easton, MA who attends Oliver Ames. Strong, athletic frame with broad shoulders, a physical build and nice present strength that plays in his actions. Ran a 6.93 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, moves well and attacks the ball, sound actions, fields the ball cleanly, stays tall at release, quick and accurate arm on throws. Right-handed hitter, starts with a high and still hand set with a wide base. Simple approach at the plate, shows fluid hands with lift in swing, aggressive approach, covers the plate well and has a nice feel for the barrel, uses a middle of the field approach.
