Samuel Lipsmeyer is a 2015 3B/IF, OF with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Virginia Beach, VA who attends Frank W. Cox. Medium, athletic frame with more room to fill out. Ran a 7.35 60 yard dash. Flashes a strong arm across the diamond and gets rid of the ball smoothly. Also has the range and arm strength to play the outfield. Bats right-handed, works from an even, balanced setup. Has a small bat waggle and hits the ball with authority to the opposite field. Has a sound approach at the plate and shows good bat speed. Very good student.
