Ryan Rumer is a 2015 LHP/OF, 1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Exton, PA who attends Downingtown East Campus. Extra-large, athletic build with present strength and some room to continue to fill out. Primary left-handed pitcher, solid build, worked from a balanced delivery with a clean arm action, some effort at release. Gets cross body on release at times, throws from a three-quarter arm slot, fastball topped out at 85 mph and worked in the 80-83 mph range with good arm side run. Shows a feel for both a slider at 77 mph and a changeup at 75 mph. Left-handed batter, longer swing but shows bat speed and leverage in swing. Quiet set up at start, looks to drive the ball and shows the ability to hit to all fields. Projectable arm to watch on the mound.
