Jordan Mambaje is a 2017 C/RHP/3B with a 5-9 210 lb. frame from Boring, OR who attends Clackamas HS. Thick and strong catcher's build. Has good one spot quickness behind the plate, gets rid of the ball quickly and works hard blocking and receiving, 1.95 best pop time. Right handed hitter, backside hitter, stands off the plate and looks to get his arms extended, aggressive hitter who swings hard and looks to drive the ball, has barrel skills and made consistent solid contact to all fields. Will need to improve his running speed for the next level. Good student, verbal commitment to Oregon State.
