Joshuan Sandoval Sánchez is a 2015 C/OF with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Manatí, PR who attends Carlos Beltrán Baseball Academy. Strong and tall athletic build. Right handed hitter, good load and shift into contact, long loose swing with good extension and a high finish, smooth tension free swing with a good path, has some bat speed and gap power, tends to give up his hands at contact and will need to shorten up his swing at the next level but the tools are there. 7.32 runner, long loose arm with very good arm strength, good footwork and fundamentals in the outfield. Young mechanics behind the plate but has the tools and attitude to succeed, arm strength really plays well at catcher, showed leadership abilities and energy. Would be interesting to see on the pitcher's mound. Good student.
