Zachary Medley is a 2016 RHP with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Alamo, CA who attends San Ramon Valley HS. Extra-large, athletic build with long limbs, broad shoulders and a lean projectable build with room to fill out. Primary right-handed pitcher, full arm action through the back working to a three-quarter release. Steady tempo and easy delivery, raises hands in uniform with leg lift just below belt, hides ball well behind and works over front side well with direction towards plate. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, nice running life to it down in the zone and can get in on hands of right-handed pitchers. Shows nice arm speed on changeup at 72 mph with diving life to it and occasional cut to glove side. Slider came across at 71 mph, features short tilting lift with some feel and depth. Good student.
