Trhea Morse is a 2019 SS/RHP with a 5-6 138 lb. frame from Alvin, TX who attends Alvin Reach HS. Young slender build with plenty of room to fill out as he matures physically. From the infield, does a nice job of moving aggressively through the baseball. Solid throws across the diamond, great lateral range. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a slightly open stance, low hand set, and a toe tap trigger. Line drive swing plane and an opposite field approach, natural lift on the finish. Raw pull side power. Also pitched, threw from a 3/4 arm slot, very quick arm. Fastball has some slight run to it. Changeup was very deceptive and had good bite to it. Advanced feel for age. Carries himself well, confident. Named to Top Prospect List.
