Harrison Padgett is a 2019 MIF/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Holy Innocents Episcopal HS. Medium frame with room to continue to fill out physically. Ran a 7.02 second 60 yard dash. Primary shortstop, moves to the baseball rounding it off at breakdown, gather the baseball out in front with two hands, fields in a higher gathering position, loose transfer with average arm strength at release, topped out at 75 mph from across the infield. Secondary outfielder, developing actions in the infield, releases the baseball from a lower arm slot, showed similar arm strength in the outfield as across the diamond. Righthanded hitter, sets up with a high hand set, takes a short leg lift trigger for timing, compact swing flashing some quickness to his hands, simple and repeatable mechanics with good barrel skills, developing pop off of the barrel that will improve with added strength. Outstanding student.
