Adam Bland is a 2019 2B/RHP/OF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Dallas, TX who attends Episcopal School Of Dallas. Tall athletic build, some present strength with more to come. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread straight stance, uses his lower half well to generate bat speed and some barrel whip, very consistent timing, can get the ball to jump hard, line drive swing , showed good feel for the strike zone and hunted the pitches he could drive. 6.74 runner, has soft hands in the infield and has good lateral quickness especially for his size, also plays the outfield where his speed and athleticism plays well. Also pitched, cross body delivery with a long arm action and a high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 78 mph, mostly straight. Change up showed good late sinking life, slider had some two-plane break. Had confidence in his pitches and mixed well while throwing strikes.
