Ryan Taylor is a 2022 SS/RHP, 2B, OF with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Elmer, NJ who attends St. Augustine Preparatory. Recorded a 4.67 second forty-yard dash. Primary shortstop looks the part and plays it very well with quick athletic movements, a very twitchy body, and cleanly funnels the ball out front with smoothness as he transfers the ball to a strong arm across the diamond throwing 86 mph. The right handed hitter steps into the box with an even and slightly closed off stance, high hands, and a high back elbow. Taylor loads the backside with a leg lift coil while using good hip rotation and bat speed to create good backspin on the ball. Named to the Northeast Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.
