Parker Freeman is a 2017 LHP/1B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Cumming, GA who attends West Forsyth. Large frame with athletic, slender present build; very good projection remaining on body. Long arm stroke with hook through the back into arm action, gets up to high three quarters arm slot with clean acceleration. Lands closed in delivery, creating crossfire deception as a result. Generates good plane to the plate and works consistently to the arm side. Fastball worked 73-76 MPH with good arm side life. Showed a curveball with 1/7 shape and good spin with quality depth; also flashed changeup with quality fading life. Did a good job attacking hitters and mixing all three pitches in his arsenal to good success. Very good student.
