Alex Rafeedie is a 2016 MIF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Atlanta, GA who attends Pace Academy. Thin present build with plenty of room to project further strength on medium frame. Works through the ball well on the infield, nice hands and solid actions and instincts. Shows solid range and plays with good energy, accurate arm with solid arm strength. Right handed hitter, open setup with slight crouched stance, starts hands deep and tighter to body. Works inside the baseball, shows solid hands in swing, can cut off finish, but also flashes extension with ability to get the bat head out in front. Uses line drive plane and path, shows ability to repeat approach. Excellent student.
