Robert Matos is a 2016 OF/C with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Millstone Township, NJ who attends Allentown. Matos has a strong build, hits from a slightly open stance with a spread lower half. Pull approach, short swing path with good extension. Stays behind ball and gets extended well. has good feel for barrel and shows good bat speed and power potential. Best contact was to pull side. Defensively, good actions to ball, fields ball coming through. Has long arm action with good extension on the release. Ball is online and accurate. Good Student.
