Nick Suspenzi is a 2021 RHP/SS with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends Desert Mountain. Medium build with room to still fill out as he continues to develop. Primary pitcher, has a short and whippy arm action from a true three-quarters slot. Quick motion overall, leans over his front side at the top of his mid-leg lift before shoving down the hill. Fastball up to 88 mph, creates easy velocity. Mixes in an 11-to-5 shaped curveball that is developing swing and miss actions. At the plate, uses an upright, wide, and slightly open stance with a simple stride trigger. Elevated barrel plane through the zone with a handsy foundation. Middle of the field approach.
