Kanin Dodge is a 2018 2B/OF/SS with a 5-4 130 lb. frame from Carencro, LA who attends Teurlings Catholic HS. Smaller slope shouldered build. Right handed hitter, sound fundamental swing with a good hand path to the ball, recognizes the ball well and attacks pitches he can hit, sprays the ball to all fields and handles the barrel very well, competitive game at-bats. 7.62 runner, has good first step quickness on the bases and on defense. Shows athleticism at second base and makes plays, quick release with soft hands at the ball. Plays hard and has an idea how to play the game. Good student.
